Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to customers in a retail store environment.
- Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, purchases, and general service needs.
- Recommend and upsell products and services based on customer needs to help support store sales.
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space that reflects pride in the brand.
- Support inventory tasks and general store operations as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $16 per hour.
- Employment Type: Direct Hire.
- Schedule: Must be available to work any day during store operating hours.
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Provide customer service, product guidance, and transaction support in a retail setting.
- Build strong relationships with local customers and contribute to store sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation, organization, and inventory support.
- Recommend products and services that meet customer needs and support revenue goals.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, admin, retail, hospitality, or sales is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accurate work.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work within the listed store schedule, including weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail, counter sales, cashier, or customer service experience.
- Experience recommending or upselling products and services in a customer-facing environment.
- Flexibility to support nearby Memphis-area store locations if business needs require.
