Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor account activity and proactively identify ways to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records, account documentation, reports, and account updates.
- Support customer retention and identify opportunities for additional products or services.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
- Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate service needs across internal teams.
- Track account activity, documentation, reporting, and customer updates.
- Support retention efforts and identify opportunities to improve account value.

- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or a related field.
- Experience supporting customer accounts in a professional business environment.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience supporting customers in construction, industrial services, infrastructure, facilities, or a related industry.
- Prior experience preparing customer reports, presentations, or account updates.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services when appropriate.
