Commercial Construction Superintendent


Location: Miami / Fort Lauderdale, FL

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Industry: Commercial General Contractor


We are currently partnering with several top-tier commercial general contractors in the South Florida market that are actively hiring experienced Construction Superintendents.
These firms have strong project backlogs, established leadership teams, and offer long-term growth opportunities within well-respected organizations.


Project Types Include:

· Ground-up commercial construction

· Mixed-use developments

· Healthcare facilities

· Education (K-12 & Higher Ed)

· Hospitality & high-end restaurant builds

· Multifamily (mid- and high-rise)
Retail & industrial projects

Responsibilities:


· Oversee daily on-site construction activities

· Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics

· Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

· Maintain safety standards and enforce job site compliance

· Coordinate inspections and maintain quality control

· Collaborate with Project Managers and ownership teams Lead site meetings and maintain accurate reporting



Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial GC

· Experience managing ground-up and/or large-scale commercial projects

· Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

· Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule
· OSHA certification preferred
