We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support a fast-paced engineering and construction team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, understands contract lifecycle management, and enjoys working cross-functionally with project managers, vendors, and legal teams.

**Must have recent construction contracts experience**

Location: Chino, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $32–$40/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and amendments for construction and engineering projects
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications
• Track contract milestones, deadlines, renewals, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams (project managers, finance, legal) to ensure accurate contract execution
• Maintain organized and up-to-date contract files and documentation
• Assist with bid packages, RFPs, and vendor agreements
• Monitor compliance with contract terms and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Support audits and reporting related to contract activity

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in contract administration within construction, engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of contract terminology, compliance, and risk management
• Experience working with subcontracts, purchase orders, and project documentation
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and contract management systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting construction or engineering project teams
• Familiarity with lien releases, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
