About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Processor to support the processing and closing of commercial loan transactions from start to finish. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working with loan documentation, due diligence, and closing requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders throughout the lending process.
Key Responsibilities
Process and close commercial loan transactions
Gather, review, and organize due diligence and loan documentation
Process loan renewals and modifications
Coordinate with internal teams and third parties to facilitate loan closings
Monitor active loan pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
Review loan packages for accuracy and completeness
Track pre-closing and post-closing conditions and exceptions
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle Commercial Loan Processing experience
Commercial lending experience required
Experience with CRE, C&I, and/or SBA loans preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic Excel
Experience with nCino preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Mortgage-only and Residential Lending backgrounds are not a fit

Responsible for coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of commercial loan transactions while maintaining an active pipeline of files. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment. Experience with commercial lending products such as CRE, C\&I, and SBA loans is preferred, along with proficiency in Outlook, basic Excel, and loan processing systems such as nCino. Must have commercial lending experience; mortgage-only and residential lending backgrounds are not a fit.
