Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Representative for an insurance opportunity in Fresno, CA. This role is ideal for a skilled insurance professional who enjoys client service, account management, policy support, and building long-term relationships with commercial and personal lines clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of commercial and personal lines insurance accounts while delivering responsive client service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding insurance needs and recommending tailored coverage solutions.
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and related account service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide guidance throughout the claims experience.
- Conduct regular coverage reviews to help ensure clients have appropriate protection.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and secure competitive coverage options.



- Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
