We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Fleet Coordinator to support fleet operations and serve as a key point of contact between leasing companies, field operations, vendors, and internal teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, managing data, and keeping processes moving efficiently.
This is a full time, on-site, long term temp to hire opportunity paying between $80-120k annually depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Fleet department’s day-to-day initiatives and operational goals.
- Coordinate communication between fleet leasing companies, field operations, vendors, and internal departments.
- Manage fleet-related emails, data entry, records, documentation, and filing.
- Process new vehicle orders, including factory orders and in-stock vehicles.
- Prepare, manage, audit, and troubleshoot internal and external reports.
- Process vehicle and equipment sales requests and coordinate with auction partners.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and ensure information is properly documented.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong data entry, recordkeeping, and attention-to-detail skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in fleet coordination, vehicle administration, transportation, or a related field.
- Familiarity with cars, trucks, and other commercial vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle titling and registration processes.
- Experience working with vendors, leasing companies, auction partners, or other external business partners.
