The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of job stability, strong customer service skills, and experience working in a high-volume collections or call center environment. Prior experience with medical/healthcare collections or consumer account experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and notes.
• Meet daily call volume and performance goals.
• Provide professional customer service while handling sensitive financial conversations.
• Follow all company policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills. • Experience handling a high volume of phone interactions. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • 1-2 years of collections agency experience. • Healthcare, medical billing, patient accounts, or related consumer-facing experience. • Experienced using an auto-dialer system.
