We are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Collins, CO with a professional financial services organization. The Client Experience Coordinator plays a key role in creating a warm, organized, and professional office environment. You will support client communications, front desk operations, meeting preparation, CRM data entry, office coordination, and day-to-day administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, guests, and visitors while creating a professional and positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, manage the general office inbox, and support timely client communications.
- Prepare conference rooms, client appointment confirmations, information packets, and hospitality items for meetings.
- Maintain accurate client records, perform CRM data entry, and handle confidential information with care.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries while processing outgoing mail and shipping requests.
- Support office organization, supply inventory, staff meetings, special projects, client events, workshops, and appreciation events.
Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $45,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Serve as the primary front desk and client experience contact for visitors, callers, and guests.
- Coordinate client appointment preparation, meeting spaces, confirmations, hospitality, and information packets.
- Maintain office organization, supply inventory, mail processing, CRM updates, and administrative workflows.
- Support advisors and team members with administrative tasks, events, workshops, and special projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a professional office, administrative support, customer service, or client-facing environment.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms and operating systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Ability to stay positive, organized, and professional in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management system.
- Previous experience in financial services, professional services, or a client-facing administrative support role.
- Experience supporting client events, educational workshops, or professional office hospitality.
