Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Document Scanner to scan and convert paper documents into electronic files while ensuring accuracy and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with scanning equipment and digital records.
Responsibilities
Scan and convert paper documents into electronic files.
Review documents for accuracy and completeness before processing.
Ensure scanned files meet company quality control standards.
Retrieve and organize documents as requested.
Monitor daily scanning workflow to ensure timely processing.
Report scanning errors or issues for prompt resolution.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative, document processing, or scanning experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to work with document management systems.
