Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level Cash Wash Detailer for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Bossier City, LA. This role supports the sales department by preparing new vehicles for sale, ensuring each vehicle looks clean, presentable, and ready for the customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, takes pride in quality work, and wants to build experience in the automotive industry. You will work with a supportive team in a fast-paced dealership or automotive sales environment where reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork are valued. This position offers a steady schedule, hands-on training, and the potential to grow into a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean, wash, and detail new vehicles to prepare them for customer delivery and sale.
- Inspect vehicles to confirm key components and basic features are functioning properly.
- Support the sales department by ensuring vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for display.
- Move and park vehicles safely as needed within the lot or work area.
- Report any visible damage, concerns, or mechanical issues to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $14 per hour.
- Annual compensation: $29,120 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Every other Saturday required, with a day off during that week.
