Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a high-volume call center environment.
- Provide professional, accurate, and courteous customer service.
- Document customer interactions clearly and completely in internal systems.
- Follow established procedures to resolve inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
- Meet attendance, quality, productivity, and performance expectations.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach during training and daily operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $17.50 per hour.
- Job type: Full-time, temp-to-hire.
- Contract-to-hire potential after 6 months.
- Location: Jacksonville, FL.
- Work arrangement: Fully onsite, no remote or hybrid option available.
- Paid training schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for 6 weeks.
- Post-training schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Immediate openings with upcoming start dates.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional call center setting.
- Accurately document customer conversations and service outcomes.
- Meet call quality, attendance, and performance standards.
- Support customers while following financial services procedures and guidelines.
- Previous call center experience is required.
- 1 to 2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to provide patient, professional, and solutions-focused customer support.
- Comfortable interviewing virtually using Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to pass a fingerprint background check.
- Reliable attendance throughout training and the assignment.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting customers in financial services, banking, insurance, or another regulated service environment.
- Familiarity with call center systems, customer documentation, or case management tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, scripts, and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to first-call resolution.
