Required Qualifications and Skills

- 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service, call center, or phone-heavy professional experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid computer navigation, typing, and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable handling back-to-back calls and detailed customer conversations.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused under pressure.
- Dependable attendance and reliability in a structured work environment.
- Positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn insurance processes and carrier requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a call center, customer support, insurance, banking, collections, healthcare scheduling, or other phone-heavy environment.
- Experience working with insurance policies, customer documentation, or carrier systems.
- Familiarity with home, auto, or personal lines insurance support.
- Experience in performance-driven customer service environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming client inquiries related to cancellations, declarations pages, mortgagee requests, policy ratings, identification cards, and policy changes. - Assist customers with adding or deleting vehicles, updating policy information, and resolving service-related questions. - Match incoming insurance applications with the proper documentation and ensure information is complete and accurate. - Proactively contact clients when additional information is needed to complete service requests. - Follow up on outstanding customer requests while maintaining detailed and accurate account notes. - Work with multiple insurance carriers to help provide appropriate coverage solutions for customers.
