Do you have 1+ years of call center experience? We are looking for reps who are ready to hit the ground running. High-volume experience is a major plus!
Comprehensive Training: Enjoy 4 weeks of classroom-style training to ensure you are an expert before going live.
Training Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Regular Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Can You See Yourself Doing This?
Are you great at building rapport? You’ll manage inbound and outbound communications regarding account inquiries, billing, and payments.
Are you a natural problem solver? You will resolve customer concerns using advanced conflict-resolution skills.
Do you have an eye for detail? You’ll explain financial/account information clearly and assist with account delinquency and collections.
Are you tech-savvy? You’ll navigate multiple software systems simultaneously while maintaining accurate records.
What You Need to Qualify:
Experience: 1+ years of call center experience is required. Previous collections or financial services experience is highly preferred.
Compliance: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
