We are seeking a Business Development Account Executive for the DFW market. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building relationships with decision makers, and closing new business that helps companies hire great talent.

In this Business Development Staffing role, you will represent an established staffing brand with decades of credibility, supported by recruiting teams dedicated to delivering results for the clients you bring in. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect daily through phone calls, emails, networking, and in-person outreach to identify new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with HR Directors, Operations Managers, CFOs, and other hiring decision makers across multiple industries.
- Present staffing solutions including temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, and direct placement services.
- Manage an assigned territory, sales pipeline, activity metrics, and revenue goals with discipline and accountability.
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to fill client orders, protect relationships, and ensure strong service delivery.
- Track activity, follow up consistently, and convert qualified conversations into long-term client partnerships.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary plus uncapped commission.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Prospect and develop new B2B accounts within the staffing and employment services market.
- Manage a territory and pipeline with consistent sales activity, follow-up, and reporting.
- Present workforce solutions to executive-level and management-level decision makers.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to support client hiring needs and revenue growth.

- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in business development.
- Proven track record of prospecting new accounts and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong verbal communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate organizations, reach decision makers, and move conversations toward closing.
- Comfortable with sales metrics including daily call goals, weekly activity reporting, and monthly revenue targets.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Professional, reliable, resilient, and comfortable working in the field.
- Strong written communication skills and consistent follow-up habits.

Preferred Qualifications

- Staffing industry experience is preferred.
- Experience selling temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire, recruiting, HR services, or workforce solutions.
- Existing familiarity with the DFW business market and local employer community.
- Demonstrated success selling to HR, operations, finance, or executive-level contacts.
