Job Summary
A growing title and escrow company is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to help expand referral partnerships and generate new business across Florida. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a bilingual sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, real estate industry connections, and the drive to grow within a fast-moving, client-focused organization.
The Business Development Specialist will represent title and escrow services to REALTORS®, mortgage lenders, investors, attorneys, and other real estate professionals. This role offers a mostly remote work environment, commission opportunity, and the chance to work closely with supportive leadership in a company that values professionalism, responsiveness, teamwork, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with REALTORS®, mortgage lenders, investors, attorneys, and other real estate professionals.
- Attend networking events, industry functions, client meetings, and business development activities.
- Promote title and escrow services for residential, commercial, investor, wholesale, and mobile home transactions.
- Generate new business opportunities, referral partnerships, and long-term client relationships.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients, existing partners, and referral sources.
- Represent the company professionally in the marketplace and support continued business growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
- Higher base salary may be considered for candidates with relevant industry experience.
- Commission opportunity of 15% based on policies sold.
- Mostly remote role within Florida.
- Must report to the office for trainings, client meetings, and occasional business needs.
- Company credit card provided for approved business expenses such as gas, networking, lunch, and dinner.
- Monthly expense report with receipts required for company credit card usage.
- 1 week of vacation during the first year.
- 2 weeks of vacation during the second year.
- Additional time off may be available unpaid.
- Health insurance is not currently offered.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Build referral partnerships and generate new business within the real estate, title, mortgage, investor, and professional services community.
- Attend networking events and client-facing meetings to promote title and escrow services.
- Maintain consistent outreach, follow-up, and relationship management with prospects and referral partners.
- Support business growth through professional representation, market presence, and consultative sales activity.
- 3 to 5 years of sales, business development, relationship management, or related experience preferred.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Real estate, title, escrow, mortgage, or related industry experience is strongly relevant.
- Strong networking, prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to engage REALTORS®, lenders, investors, attorneys, and business owners.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a mostly remote role.
- Ability to travel for networking events, office trainings, client meetings, and business development activities as needed.
- Organized and able to manage contacts, activity, follow-up, receipts, and expense reporting accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships within the Florida real estate, lending, investor, attorney, or title services community.
- Prior experience selling title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, insurance, or professional services.
- Comfortable attending industry events and representing a growing company in the marketplace.
- Proven ability to generate referral-based business and maintain long-term client partnerships.
