Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Monrovia, CA within the food and beverage production industry. This role is ideal for a billing, order processing, or customer service professional who enjoys working with customer orders, invoices, pricing details, and cross-functional teams.

The Billing Coordinator will help ensure accurate order entry, timely invoicing, and smooth communication between customers, Sales, Accounting, Shipping, and Logistics. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders, verifying customer information, product details, quantities, pricing, and purchase order requirements.
- Prepare and process invoices using QuickBooks and internal systems, ensuring accuracy against orders and shipping documentation.
- Submit invoices through EDI, email, RetailLink, and other customer-specific portals.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, pricing issues, rejected invoices, and customer deductions.
- Maintain organized customer, order, billing, portal, EDI, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments to support timely order processing and payment resolution.

Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour.
- Location: Monrovia, CA.



Required Qualifications and Skills
- Process customer orders and verify order details for accuracy.
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile customer invoices.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, pricing issues, and rejected invoices.
- Maintain accurate billing records and customer documentation.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in billing, order processing, customer service, food manufacturing, distribution, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks, ERP or order management systems, Microsoft Office, EDI platforms, and customer portals.
- Strong data entry skills and 10-key proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and mathematical accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to resolving issues accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
- Experience with RetailLink or similar customer portals.
- Prior experience in food and beverage production, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Familiarity with food safety, quality standards, workplace safety, and GMP requirements.
