Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist for a contract/temporary opportunity in Pico Rivera, CA. This front desk role is ideal for a professional, customer-focused candidate who enjoys creating a welcoming first impression, supporting office operations, and communicating effectively in both English and Spanish.

The Bilingual Spanish Receptionist will support daily administrative functions, assist visitors and callers, and help keep the front office running smoothly in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls professionally and route calls to the appropriate contacts or departments.
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and general document organization.
- Support daily front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support as needed to help office staff and leadership stay on track.
- Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking callers and visitors.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $19.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Pico Rivera, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage front desk reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Provide bilingual English and Spanish communication support for callers and guests.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front office environment.

- 2 or more years of receptionist, front desk, or related administrative experience.
- Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills required.
- Computer literacy and comfort using standard office technology.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional phone presence.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle routine administrative duties accurately.
- Dependable, courteous, and able to represent the organization professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a nonprofit, charitable, healthcare, community service, or public-facing office environment.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, office equipment, scanning, filing, and basic data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to support a busy front desk with professionalism.
