Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative to support a healthcare enrollment and benefits program in a 100% remote call center environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for an English/Spanish bilingual customer service professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing clear guidance on important healthcare-related questions.
This role offers paid training, provided equipment, and the chance to work with a supportive remote team focused on quality service, accuracy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with eligibility, enrollment, benefits, account information, and related inquiries.
- Research customer concerns and provide accurate, professional resolutions.
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in required systems.
- Process transactions while following quality, compliance, and productivity standards.
- Navigate multiple computer applications while delivering empathetic customer service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $16.67 to $17.46 per hour.
- Paid training provided.
- Equipment provided.
- 100% remote work arrangement.
- Contract/temporary opportunity.
- Training schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
- Training length: 4 weeks, followed by 2 to 3 weeks of nesting.
- Attendance is mandatory during training.
- Expected production schedule: Approximately 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST, subject to change.
- Background check required.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, or related professional experience.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask across multiple computer applications.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions.
Technical Specs Required
- Minimum internet speeds of 50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload required.
- Traditional wired internet connection required.
- Cellular internet providers, including T-Mobile Home Internet and Verizon Home Internet, are not permitted.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous healthcare customer service, benefits, enrollment, or insurance support experience.
- Prior experience working in a remote call center environment.
- Experience meeting call center metrics related to quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
