Job Summary

A growing real estate and property management organization is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Sales Manager for a direct-hire opportunity . This role is ideal for a sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, developing customer acquisition strategies, improving conversion, and helping agents close more business.

The Bilingual Mandarin Sales Manager will focus on leading and growing the sales team, not managing an individual book of deals. Success in this position comes from recruiting, training, motivating, and guiding agents while building a strong team culture centered on performance, collaboration, accountability, and customer trust.

This is a strong opportunity for a Mandarin-speaking sales professional with retail, business development, real estate, or customer-facing sales leadership experience who wants to step into a team-focused management role with training provided in real estate processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, train, and motivate a team of sales agents to improve performance, customer conversion, and deal closing activity.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies for peak and off-peak seasons based on industry insight, market trends, and target customer behavior.
- Build team processes that strengthen customer trust, satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term relationship development.
- Recruit and onboard additional agents while helping team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
- Use internal and external resources effectively to improve sales productivity, communication, and operational efficiency.
- Drive adoption of management, CRM, project tracking, and AI-enabled tools such as Monday, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
- Eligible for a percentage of deals closed by the sales team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage and develop a sales team focused on new accounts, customer conversion, and revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and coach agents to improve sales activity, follow-up, and closing results.
- Break down sales goals into actionable plans, timelines, and team priorities.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align strategy, communication, training, and execution.

- Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant sales, business development, team leadership, or customer-facing management experience.
- Strong ability to lead through others, with a team-first approach rather than a focus on personal deal production.
- Ability to understand customer needs, build trust, and guide teams through the full customer conversion process.
- Strong communication, coaching, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Project management mindset with the ability to turn high-level goals into clear action steps.
- Comfortable learning and using sales management tools, CRM platforms, project management systems, and emerging AI tools.
- Real estate or property management industry knowledge is helpful, but training may be provided for candidates with strong sales leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Retail sales or retail management experience, especially in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, or developing commission-based sales agents.
- Familiarity with Monday, Salesforce, CRM systems, project management tools, or AI productivity tools.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, leasing, new accounts, or business development.
