Bilingual Legal Coordinator

Seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Case Coordinator to support the legal team with the preparation, processing, and tracking of Compromise and Release (C&R) agreements and other settlement-related documents. This role involves reviewing legal documents for accuracy, communicating with clients regarding signatures and required information, and ensuring all paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.



Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process settlement and release documents
Review returned documents for accuracy and completeness

- Communicate with clients regarding signatures, missing information, and case updates

- Upload and submit documents through online trust and legal portals

- Maintain accurate case records and internal tracking systems

- Work with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely case resolution



Qualifications:

-1-2 years of legal, paralegal, or law firm experience preferred

- Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)

- Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and email

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent computer and document management skills

- Ability to handle a high-volume workload and meet deadlines

- Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
