Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual (SPANISH & ENGLISH) Customer Service Representative to support a busy property management office in Goleta, CA. This contract/temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a professional, service-focused candidate who is fluent in Spanish and English and enjoys helping residents, applicants, and visitors with leasing, account, and general office needs.

This role offers the opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented environment where strong communication, organization, and follow-through are valued. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be a key point of contact for the community and will help create a positive experience for residents from initial inquiry through move-in and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist residents, applicants, and visitors in person, by phone, and via email.
- Respond to questions regarding available properties, leasing requirements, move-in and move-out procedures, and account inquiries.
- Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and communicate application decisions.
- Prepare leasing documents, agreements, resident records, parking information, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate lease signings, move-ins, resident onboarding, and follow-up communication.
- Support daily office operations by maintaining accurate records, organized files, and a professional workspace.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $22.00 per hour.
- Salary range provided: $25.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Position type: Contract/Temporary, temp-to-hire.
- Location: Goleta, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Provide bilingual (SPANISH and ENGLISH) customer service support to residents, applicants, and visitors.
- Support leasing administration, rental application processing, and resident onboarding.
- Maintain accurate resident records, leasing documents, parking records, and office files.
- Coordinate communication between residents, applicants, and internal team members.

- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service, administrative, leasing, or property management experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing needs, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous leasing office, apartment community, or property management experience.
- Experience preparing leasing documents, processing applications, or supporting resident move-ins.
- Familiarity with resident account inquiries, parking agreements, and administrative office procedures.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a strong commitment to building positive customer relationships.
