Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and multiple departments.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, communications, and follow-up items.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, correspondence, and business materials.
- Maintain accurate records, files, databases, and confidential information.
- Serve as a professional contact for employees, customers, vendors, and external partners in English and Spanish.
- Support onboarding, internal communications, office operations, process improvements, and special projects.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluent bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
- Administrative support, coordination, operations, customer service, or professional office experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, confident, and personable style.
- Ability to work independently while contributing as a dependable team player.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Demonstrated judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Adaptable, proactive, and willing to pitch in with a “no task is too small” attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree in business, communications, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of administrative, coordination, operations, customer service, or professional office experience.
- Experience supporting leadership or multiple departments in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience assisting with onboarding, employee communications, project coordination, or process improvement initiatives.
