Looking for a strong banking leader ready to step into a high-impact operations role. You’ll help run daily branch operations, support staff, and drive performance while ensuring top-tier service and compliance.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily branch operations (scheduling, approvals, compliance)
• Train, coach, and support staff
• Manage account services (new accounts, teller support, disputes)
• Ensure accurate reporting, security, and certifications
• Partner with leadership on growth and client retention
• Motivate team and drive performance
What You Bring
• Specialist: 5+ years banking (2+ years ops/supervision)
• Officer: 8+ years banking (4+ years ops/supervision)
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & banking systems
• Notary Public (preferred)
