Our client is seeking an experienced Central Operations Service Representative to support critical back-office banking functions while delivering outstanding service to internal teams and customers. • • Research and resolve operational issues while providing excellent customer service • Support compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures • Work with branches and internal departments to resolve account and operational requests • Assist with training, special projects, and process improvements (Level III) • • Strong knowledge of central/back-office banking operations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and 10-key • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do:
Process ACH, wire transfers, disputes, stop payments, returns, online banking support, and other daily bank operations
What We're Looking For:
3-5+ years (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III) of bank or credit union operations experience
