Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, team performance, customer service, compliance, and sales growth. Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and develop branch staff. • Oversee daily branch operations, audits, security, and regulatory compliance. • Drive deposit growth, sales, referrals, and customer retention. • Build and maintain strong consumer and business banking relationships. • Resolve complex customer issues and account servicing needs. • Monitor branch performance, expenses, and operational quality. • Develop community and business relationships to support branch growth. Requirements • 7+ years of branch banking experience. • 5+ years of branch management experience. • 3+ years managing complex business and consumer accounts. • Proven sales success and experience growing a branch. • Strong leadership, coaching, customer service, and communication skills. • Experience hiring, training, and managing employee performance. • Active involvement in local business/community organizations preferred. • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems. • California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance required. • Notary Public certification preferred. • 7+ years of branch banking experience.
