Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bank Branch Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Rocklin, CA. This management-level role is responsible for leading the daily operations, sales performance, customer experience, staff development, compliance, and overall profitability of a full-service bank branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations, including staffing, customer service, sales activities, compliance, security, safety, audit readiness, and operational quality control.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop branch employees while conducting regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing performance management.
- Drive core deposit growth, branch profitability, customer retention, and new account development through sales strategies, outbound calling, community involvement, and relationship building.
- Monitor branch performance trends, deposit activity, transaction volume, cost controls, expenses, overdraft reports, audits, and required operational certifications.
- Resolve complex consumer and business account issues, support difficult customer transactions, and model a warm, professional, customer-first service culture.
- Promote community engagement and CRA-related activities, including participation in local professional, civic, and business organizations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 to $105,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Primary duties and projects include:
- Manage all aspects of full-service branch operations, including sales, service, compliance, staffing, and profitability.
- Lead branch growth initiatives focused on deposits, customer relationships, referrals, and local market development.
- Coach and manage branch employees to achieve customer service, operational, sales, and professional development goals.
- Oversee complex business and consumer account servicing while ensuring compliance with bank policies and state and federal banking regulations.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a branch banking environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of branch management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts.
- Proven sales ability with documented branch growth and deposit growth results.
- Experience hiring, training, coaching, developing, and managing employee performance.
- Strong knowledge of branch operations, banking policies, audit requirements, customer service standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, team-building, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies, conduct outbound calls, build relationships, and cross-sell banking products and services.
- Active involvement in local business-related community organizations, such as a chamber of commerce, Rotary, or similar groups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software programs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including hours beyond the scheduled workday when needed.
- Current California driver’s license and access to a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage for business-related driving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Notary Public preferred.
- Experience participating in CRA-related volunteer activities or community development programs.
- Established professional network within the Rocklin, CA or surrounding local business community.
