Automation & Robotics Engineer to join our Manufacturing & Automation Engineering team in Ventura, California. This position is responsible for the design, programming, integration, commissioning, and support of advanced manufacturing equipment and automation systems used throughout our operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with extensive experience in industrial automation, controls, robotics, machine integration, and manufacturing process development. This individual will work closely with Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to develop new automation solutions and improve existing production equipment.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related discipline).
• Preference will be given to candidates whose degree program included a specialization, concentration, or significant coursework in Control Systems, Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Controls.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, robotics, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success executing automation projects from concept through commissioning and production implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship. PLC & HMI Platforms
