Job Summary
A well-established Florida law firm is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join its growing team in Clearwater or Venice, FL. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an attorney with estate planning and probate experience who is looking for long-term stability, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative legal environment.
The Estate Planning & Probate Attorney will work closely with clients on wills, trusts, probate administration, trust administration, asset protection, and related estate matters. Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal documents.
- Manage probate and estate administration matters from inception through completion.
- Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide guidance on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and trust administration matters.
- Communicate professionally with clients, beneficiaries, financial advisors, court personnel, and internal team members.
- Maintain accurate case records, monitor deadlines, and ensure legal matters move forward efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
- Handle probate administration and estate administration cases from start to finish.
- Draft and review legal documents for estate planning, probate, trust administration, and asset protection matters.
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial advisors, court personnel, and internal legal staff.
- Active Florida Bar license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of estate planning and probate experience required.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and legal writing skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment.
- Professional, client-focused approach with a commitment to long-term career growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with trust administration, asset protection, wills and trusts, and elder law.
- Prior experience in a Florida estate planning and probate practice.
- Preference for candidates who are seeking an in-office work environment.
- Demonstrated professional stability and long-term career commitment.
- Litigation experience is not required.
