Job Summary
A growing property management company in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, administration, resident communication, vendor coordination, and property performance reporting. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an organized and service-focused professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, administrative support, or customer service.
The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the Property Manager and internal teams to help ensure residential and/or commercial properties are well maintained, efficiently operated, and supported with accurate documentation and responsive communication. This role offers hands-on exposure to property operations, financial administration, maintenance coordination, and client reporting, making it a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in property management.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily property operations, administrative workflows, tenant or resident communication, and coordination of property-related activities.
- Assist with budgets, financial reports, invoices, rental payments, deposits, operating expenses, and property performance documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, renovations, and improvement projects with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate property records, contracts, reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
- Communicate professionally with residents, tenants, clients, vendors, and internal team members to provide updates and help resolve issues.
- Assist with property inspections, operational follow-up, client reporting, and identification of maintenance needs or process improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support property operations, maintenance coordination, administrative documentation, and resident or tenant communication.
- Assist with financial administration, including invoices, rental payments, deposits, expenses, budgets, and reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, service providers, clients, and internal teams to keep property activities moving forward.
- Maintain accurate records, property files, contracts, reports, and operational documentation.
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred in property management, real estate, administrative support, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Ability to read and understand leases, contracts, reports, invoices, and other property-related documents.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with property management software.
- Previous experience supporting residential or commercial property operations.
- Familiarity with maintenance coordination, vendor communication, inspections, or client reporting.
- Interest in building a long-term career in real estate or property management.
