Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Rancho Dominguez, CA. This role is ideal for a property management professional who enjoys administrative coordination, resident communication, file management, and supporting smooth day-to-day office operations.

The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the property management team in a fast-paced, service-oriented office environment. Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to resident inquiries, emails, and office communications promptly and accurately.
- Audit, organize, and maintain resident files to support accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Manage park and property documents, records, and general administrative files.
- Assist with daily office operations, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Support the property management team with resident communications, follow-up, and confidential information handling.
