Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Rancho Dominguez, CA. The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the property management team in a fast-paced, service-oriented office environment. Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to resident inquiries, emails, and office communications promptly and accurately.
- Audit, organize, and maintain resident files to support accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Manage park and property documents, records, and general administrative files.
- Assist with daily office operations, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Support the property management team with resident communications, follow-up, and confidential information handling.

Qualifications:
-Previous property management experience
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
- Experience working with resident files, property records, or compliance documentation.
- Prior experience in residential property management, mobile home park management, or a similar real estate office environment.
