Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Operations Associate for a contract opportunity in Gainesville, FL within the financial services industry. As an Administrative Operations Associate, you will support day-to-day back-office operations by managing documents, creating service requests, assisting with transaction-related tasks, and helping ensure workflows are completed accurately and on time. This opportunity offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule, long-term contract potential, and the chance to work with a collaborative operations team that values accuracy, professionalism, and reliable support.

Key Responsibilities

- Retrieve completed forms from vendor websites and upload documents for service request processing.
- Organize, store, and maintain documents in designated folders to support accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Create and manage service requests to track workflow status and ensure timely processing.
- Assist operational departments with basic service requests, including account maintenance and money movement support.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives focused on workflow efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial and client-related information.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $19.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Location: Gainesville, FL.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Contract Duration: Through April 2027, with possibility of extension.
- Industry: Financial Services.

- 1-2 years of administrative, clerical, operations, or related professional experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting team priorities.
