General Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipping (USPS, FedEx, UPS, Pitney Bowes)
· Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, copying, shredding, and document management
· Prepare and distribute reports, statements, and other internal documents
· Assist with executive administrative support, including expense reporting, scheduling support, and lunch coordination
· Maintain office, kitchen, and copier areas, including supply inventory and restocking
· Coordinate office supply orders and assist with annual administrative projects
· Support conference, travel, and event coordination for the sales team and leadership
· Assist with printing, shipping, and ordering marketing and event materials
· Support compliance and operational tasks, and related administrative processes
· Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Monday to Friday, 6AM to 2PM.
