AppleOne is pleased to partner with a company in Aliso Viejo seeking an Administrative Assistant with Receptionist experience. Real estate or mortgage industry experience highly desired. Required Qualifications and Skills

The Administrative Assistant/Front Desk position supports daily office administration, client communication, document organization, and loan and investment processing support. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally while delivering a positive client experience.
- Greet visitors and manage day-to-day front desk and office support responsibilities.
- Perform accurate data entry, filing, document organization, and general administrative tasks.
- Prepare and send borrower loan packages and investment closing packages.
- Order insurance, credit, integrity, and title reports as needed.
- Conduct senior lien checks, follow up on insurance items, and send collection and distribution notices.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $23.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Aliso Viejo, CA.
- Manage front desk reception, phone coverage, visitor greeting, and client-facing office support.
- Support administrative operations through data entry, filing, document preparation, and organization.
- Assist with loan and investment processing tasks, including report ordering, package preparation, and follow-up documentation.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative, clerical, front desk, or office support experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Computer literate and comfortable working with office systems and documents.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, trustworthy, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable when priorities shift across departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the mortgage industry.
- Hard money or private lending experience strongly preferred.
- 1 or more years of customer service experience.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
