Position Summary
We are seeking a professional, personable, and organized Front Desk Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees. This front-facing role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests upon arrival.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Issue visitor badges and collect badges upon departure.
Manage office correspondence, including emails, mail distribution, and other written communications.
Draft, prepare, and distribute routine correspondence as needed.
Set up conference rooms for meetings and events.
Coordinate lunch orders for meetings as needed.
Ensure conference rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use.
Order and maintain office supply inventory.
Monitor and help maintain a clean, organized, and stocked break room.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk presence at all times.
Qualifications
Experience handling business correspondence and administrative documentation.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.

Previous administrative, receptionist, or front desk experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
