We are seeking a professional and highly organized bilingual Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Escondido, CA. This role supports a business owner within a construction environment, providing trusted administrative, communication, scheduling, and office support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the business owner’s inbox, draft professional correspondence, and help prioritize incoming communications.
- Coordinate personal and professional calendars, schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and track important deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, business partners, employees, and leadership.
- Maintain office supply inventory, including ordering paper, cleaning supplies, and other materials needed for daily operations.
- Support office organization, facility needs, internal communications, and general administrative tasks.
- Help maintain a productive, organized, and professional office environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $22 to $25 per hour DOE
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Escondido, CA.

- Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, deadlines, and scheduling changes.
- Support office operations, supply ordering, organization, and daily administrative needs.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, employees, business partners, and leadership in a professional manner.

- 2+ years of administrative assistant, executive assistant, office assistant, or administrative support experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Strong email management, calendar management, scheduling, and professional writing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn office systems, communication tools, and administrative processes quickly.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting.
- Comfortable supporting leadership and interacting with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Prior administrative support experience in construction or a related business environment is a plus.
