Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support an immediate administrative project in a property management environment.
- Organize, review, and process HOA or real estate-related documentation.
- Complete clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, document handling, and administrative follow-up.
- Maintain accuracy and professionalism while working within a short project timeline.
- 6 to 10 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and document management skills.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to the Wednesday through Friday assignment.
- High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Professional communication skills and a dependable work style.
- Comfortable working in a temporary assignment with the potential for additional opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior HOA, property management, or real estate administrative experience.
- Familiarity with HOA documents, property files, homeowner records, or related documentation.
- Experience supporting short-term administrative projects or temporary assignments.
