Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families while providing professional, empathetic front desk support.
- Complete patient intake, registration, and insurance information entry accurately.
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient flow throughout the day.
- Maintain timely and accurate patient records in office systems.
- Support daily administrative operations and assist the front desk as needed.
- Collaborate with medical assistants, nurses, and administrative team members to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support patient intake, registration, scheduling, and front desk operations.
- Enter insurance information and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide calm, professional customer service in a busy healthcare office setting.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to support daily office workflow.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative, front desk, customer service, or related office experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers and entering information accurately.
- Patient, empathetic, reliable, and calm under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, medical office, behavioral health, or mental health office experience.
- Experience with patient scheduling, intake, insurance entry, or electronic records systems.
- Prior experience supporting patients, families, or clients in a service-focused environment.
