Responsibilities
Invoicing, reporting, and data maintenance.
Update and maintain the Equipment Out of Service Log throughout the day.
Enter and update vehicle service information in Fleetio.
Input reimbursement payment information into Excel spreadsheets.
Maintain accurate fleet maintenance records and documentation.
Support the Fleet Maintenance Supervisors and Fleet Maintenance Manager with daily administrative tasks.
Complete recurring daily and weekly administrative assignments as needed.
What We're Looking For
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Experience with data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional communication and customer service skills.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who is comfortable handling data entry, reporting, recordkeeping, and general office support. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and documentation, updating spreadsheets and company systems, processing invoices and reimbursement information, generating reports, and supporting managers with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and has experience with data management, documentation, and administrative coordination.
