Key Responsibilities

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide customer service support to clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Perform accurate data entry, document organization, record maintenance, and general clerical support.
- Prepare, process, and track shipping, distribution, and operational documentation.
- Review and manage shipping and distribution lists using Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, and web-based systems to support daily office workflow.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Provide administrative, clerical, and customer support for daily operations.
- Prepare and manage shipping and distribution documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, data entry, and office documentation.
- Support communication between customers, internal teams, and operations staff.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 to 2 years of customer service, billing, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to type accurately, with 35+ WPM preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with coworkers, clients, and internal departments.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Shipping and receiving experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience reviewing shipping lists, distribution documentation, or operational records.
- Prior office experience in construction, installation, logistics, warehousing, or a related service industry.
