Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a contract/temporary opportunity in Coraopolis, PA. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional who enjoys supporting office operations, keeping information accurate, and helping teams stay on track in a busy manufacturing environment.

The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to management and team members, assist with communication, maintain records, and help ensure office processes run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of administrative, office support, receptionist, customer service, or coordinator experience who wants to contribute to a productive, team-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to management and team members to help ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars as needed.
- Prepare, organize, update, and maintain files, records, documents, and office information.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain information in company systems.
- Assist with reports, correspondence, special projects, and general office tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $24 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary 11 months (with possibility of extension).
- Location: Coraopolis, PA.
- Shift Times:  3pm - Midnight or Midnight to 8am - Tuesday - Saturday

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support daily administrative operations, including communication, scheduling, filing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and data in company systems.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts as needed.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative, office support, receptionist, customer service, or coordinator experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Professional, proactive, and positive approach to daily responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous administrative support experience in a manufacturing, operations, or fast-paced office environment.
- Experience maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting multiple team members.
- Comfortable assisting with special projects and adapting to changing priorities.
