Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and callers professionally while providing helpful and courteous customer service.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and support daily office workflow.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in electronic and paper filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support administrative needs and office operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support front desk, customer service, and general administrative operations.
- Manage phone calls, emails, scheduling, calendars, and office documentation.
- Maintain accurate data entry, records, filing systems, and internal communication.
- Assist clients, visitors, and internal teams with professionalism and urgency.
- 2 or more years of administrative, customer service, receptionist, or office support experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing office needs.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus for some opportunities.
- 3 to 5 years of related administrative or customer service experience is preferred.
