We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time opportunity in Simi Valley, CA. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented, and outgoing administrative professional who enjoys supporting leadership, coordinating office operations, and keeping projects and daily workflows moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Support project-related administrative tasks, including ordering materials, creating purchase orders, preparing vendor invoices, maintaining job folders, and updating project management software.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage voicemails, handle mail, prepare shipping labels, and provide professional communication by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist executive leadership with scheduling, travel arrangements, property administration, maintenance coordination, vendor follow-up, and document management.
- Maintain organized office operations, including office supplies, kitchen supplies, calendars, filing systems, conference rooms, and general workspace organization.
- Support accounting and HR administrative needs, including mailing vendor payments, assisting with employee-related documentation, and maintaining accurate files.
- Help coordinate meetings, team events, birthdays, work anniversaries, weekly schedules, and other office activities.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $22 per hour, with potential consideration up to $24 per hour for a highly qualified candidate.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Location: Simi Valley, CA.
- Employment Type: Direct hire.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage office administration, phone communication, filing, scheduling, supplies, and daily office coordination.
- Support project administration, including purchase orders, vendor communication, job folders, invoice preparation, and project software updates.
- Assist CEO, CFO, Accounting, HR, vendors, installers, employees, and visitors with timely and professional administrative support.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, property-related tasks, and office events.

- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an office or administrative support environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Some knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, proofreading, grammar, letter-writing, and file management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize urgent tasks, and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, outgoing, professional personality with a team-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working in a faith-based business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience supporting executives, accounting, HR, property administration, purchasing, or vendor coordination.
- Experience using project management software or maintaining job folders and project documentation.
- Background in a professional office where accuracy, deadlines, and customer service are high priorities.
