We are seeking an Account Project Coordinator for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact for existing customer accounts throughout the life of each project.
- Prepare pricing quotes, coordinate project details, and communicate updates with customers and internal departments.
- Assist customers with product recommendations, samples, mock-ups, project logistics, and general inquiries.
- Track multiple customer projects, monitor deadlines, and maintain accurate updates in the CRM system.
- Partner with outside account representatives, customer service teams, and cross-functional departments to support seamless project execution.
- Follow up on active opportunities, resolve customer issues professionally, and provide timely, service-focused communication.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate customer projects from initial inquiry through completion while ensuring accurate communication and follow-up.
- Manage project details, pricing quotes, timelines, customer updates, and CRM documentation.
- Support existing customer accounts by answering questions, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive service, organization, and consistent follow-through.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least 3 years of professional office, customer service, account management, or project coordination experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred for this level of role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with customers, account representatives, and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solving ability, dependability, patience, and a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to learn new systems, products, and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using CRM software.
- Prior experience in account management, project coordination, client care, customer support, or a similar non-commissioned customer-facing role.
- Experience preparing quotes, coordinating product samples or mock-ups, or supporting project logistics.
- Strong attendance record and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
