Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist with meeting logistics.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, greet visitors, and maintain a professional front-office presence.
- Prepare, proofread, format, and edit correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files, assist with data entry, and track key information accurately.
- Order office supplies, coordinate with vendors, process invoices and expense reports, and support special projects as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
- Job details note annual compensation of $40,000 to $45,000.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Full-time schedule.
- Monday through Friday.
- On-site position in Downtown Memphis, TN.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for management and staff.
- Manage scheduling, calendars, meetings, communications, and office coordination.
- Prepare documents, maintain files, complete data entry, and support reporting needs.
- Process basic administrative paperwork, including invoices, expense reports, and vendor-related items.
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience is well aligned with this role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality with sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting managers, executives, or professional office teams.
- Experience preparing reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and meeting materials.
- Familiarity with invoice processing, expense reports, vendor coordination, or office supply management.
- Prior experience in a professional services, business services, or corporate office environment.
