We are seeking a Bilingual French Canadian CSR for a temp-to-hire opportunity in New Bedford, MA. Key Responsibilities

- Provide bilingual customer support in English and French-Canadian through inbound calls, outbound verification calls, and email correspondence.
- Maintain accurate customer records, complete data entry, and update internal systems with detailed documentation.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within an insurance environment.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns while delivering a professional and helpful service experience.
- Support department goals by meeting expectations for productivity, quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications while managing customer interactions efficiently.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Provide bilingual customer service support through calls, verification outreach, and email communication.
- Complete accurate data entry, documentation, and customer record updates.
- Follow compliance-focused insurance processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage customer concerns professionally while supporting team productivity and service goals.

- Fluent in English and French-Canadian, both verbal and written.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, contact center operations, administrative support, clerical support, data entry, or a regulated environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email communication.
- Ability to de-escalate challenging situations and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working within established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to learn new software systems and navigate multiple applications at the same time.
- Typing speed of 7,000 or more alpha-numeric keystrokes per hour.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Dependable, adaptable, team-oriented, and open to coaching, feedback, and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in both contact center and administrative or document review environments.
- Experience supporting customers in both English and French-Canadian.
- Background in insurance, regulated industries, compliance-driven environments, or highly process-oriented settings.
- Experience managing documentation, records, and data accuracy while maintaining strong customer service standards.
