Key Responsibilities

- Identify, recruit, and present qualified candidates for professional and high-level staffing opportunities.
- Conduct proactive sales calls and outreach to generate new business and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and community contacts.
- Partner with internal teams to develop tailored staffing solutions that meet client hiring needs.
- Manage candidate and client communication throughout the recruiting and placement process.
- Support ongoing client satisfaction by delivering responsive service and consistent follow-up.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus monthly Commission 
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Location: Corona, CA (this is a hybrid role must be local to the inland empire)

- Drive new business development through outbound sales calls, prospecting, and client outreach.

- Build long-term client and candidate relationships within the local market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective staffing solutions.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, business development, or a related professional services environment.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to use recruiting tools, CRM systems, job boards, and related business platforms.
- Proven ability to communicate professionally and positively with clients, candidates, and team members.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and work ethic.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction and candidate experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up consistently, and stay organized.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the staffing, employment agency, recruiting, or workforce solutions industry.
- Prior success in business development, new account generation, or client acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for professional, administrative, sales, or business-focused roles.
- Familiarity with local market networking, community engagement, and relationship-based selling.
