A leading staffing and employment services organization is seeking a driven Staffing Consultant to support business development, client relationship management, and recruitment for high-level talent needs. Key Responsibilities

- Identify, recruit, and present qualified candidates for professional and high-level staffing opportunities.
- Conduct proactive sales calls and outreach to generate new business and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and community contacts.
- Partner with internal teams to develop tailored staffing solutions that meet client hiring needs.
- Manage candidate and client communication throughout the recruiting and placement process.
- Support ongoing client satisfaction by delivering responsive service and consistent follow-up.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus monthly Commission 
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Location: Corona, CA (this is a hybrid role must be local to the inland empire)
