Job Title: Area Customer Service Coordinator – Managed Services Onsite
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Multiple Sites)
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Flexible hours between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM as needed
Assignment Length: 1 Year
Travel: Local travel required between Jacksonville sites

Job Summary
Client is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple managed service locations in Jacksonville, FL. This role provides onsite support for mail, print, scan, and printer services within university, corporate, legal, and healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, production print experience, technical troubleshooting ability, and the flexibility to support multiple locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily managed service operations at multiple customer sites
• Provide mailroom, print, scan, and copy service support
• Deliver and install printer toner and provide first responder printer support
• Assist with onboarding, training, and cross-training team members
• Support process improvements and operational best practices
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot customer and equipment issues and escalate when needed
• Assist with implementation of new accounts and service expansions
• Travel between Jacksonville area sites as required
• Maintain accurate monthly expense reporting
Qualifications
• High school diploma required; additional education preferred
• Minimum 1 year of related customer service, office support, print, or operations experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Production print or mailroom experience preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record required
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Flexible schedule availability
Physical Requirements
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 400 lbs. on wheels
• Frequent local travel between sites
