Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic S&OP and Fulfillment Analyst to lead cross-functional initiatives that align supply and demand planning with broader business goals. This role will be responsible for driving the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, managing data-driven risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring an efficient order-to-cash fulfillment process.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of data analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a deep understanding of supply chain operations and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the monthly S&OP cycle, aligning demand trends with supply capacity and inventory targets.
Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other functional teams to ensure alignment on demand forecasts, asset strategy, and business risks.
Identify and execute risk mitigation plans and capitalize on business opportunities through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Coordinate and communicate mitigation actions across business functions including Regulatory, QA, Compliance, Stewardship, and Master Data.
Lead the end-to-end order-to-cash fulfillment process, including order entry, backorder management, returns, consignment, and customer issue resolution.
Develop and refine standard S&OP best practices and ensure cross-functional process alignment.
Maintain strong, transparent communication with internal stakeholders to ensure customer service goals are met and that key updates are shared with leadership.
Advocate for change management across operations, ensuring alignment before implementing changes to forecasting, asset strategy, or other key processes.
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional teams and drive resolution of complex problems.
Experience working with ERP data warehouse tools and managing large datasets.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data mining, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, report building, and charting.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Comfortable interacting with internal customers in a responsive and service-oriented manner.
Ability to recognize cause-and-effect relationships across supply chain, regulatory, and commercial operations.
Work Environment:
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office (Tues–Thurs), remote work allowed on Monday and Friday.
