Job Summary

A busy and growing distribution team in Portland, OR is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a long term opportunity with one of Portland's Best Known Companies. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical warehouse work, values teamwork, and wants the opportunity to learn multiple areas of warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Associate will support shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, forklift operation, and customer counter assistance. This is a strong opportunity for a dependable warehouse professional who wants a stable Monday through Friday schedule, long-term growth potential, and a positive team environment with supportive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Load and unload heavy, bulky, and oversized industrial materials, including pipe and related products.
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely while supporting daily warehouse operations.
- Assist customers at the service counter and help fulfill order requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $40,000 per year.
- Job type Long Term Temporary Position 
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Work environment: Indoor and outdoor warehouse setting with hands-on physical work.
